For this upcoming season, retro glam is pretty much everywhere and I'm just loving it! Most magazines have twenties or fifties inspired editorials. Where does the vintage influence come from? I would definitely say it has something to do with the audiovisual industry: series and films have taken a glance to the past, Mad Men, The Artist and The Help for instance are just some of the names that come to my mind at the moment. Whatever it is, I just can't help getting excited about this trend!

La mayoría de revistas nos presentan editoriales inspirados en los años veinte o cincuenta. ¿De dónde viene toda esta influencia vintage? Definitivamente creo que tiene algo que ver con la industria audiovisual. Series de televisión y largometrajes han hecho un guiño al pasado. Mad Men, El Artista, Criadas y Señoras son algunos de los nombres que recuerdo en un primer golpe. Sea lo que sea, ¡no puedo evitar emocionarme por esta tendencia!
